My name is Anne-Marie Figueroa. I’m 28 years old. I’m a student at the University of Puerto Rico, Carolina campus. I’m about to finish a college degree in Hotel and Restaurant
Administration. I also spend my time working at a big global company named
Costco Wholesale.
When I was a little girl I always dreamed of owning a fine
dining restaurant. So, through the years I grew a passion for cooking that nowadays I enjoy a lot. I worked in many restaurants over the years; it is the hot
grill, the ingredients, the rush hours, the service, and all the experience
that made me fall in love with the restaurant industry. For now I just enjoy my
work and on my free time I like to exercise.
Now I've created a company named
Simply Fresh Cooking; with the idea of offering a product that can help people
improve their lifestyle. I believe that good nutrition is healthy life. Therefore my
